I’ve led courses, live workshops, and virtual summits with more than 10,000 parents, and I’ve personally conducted over 200 interviews with psychologists, educators, and parenting researchers to understand what truly supports families in everyday life. 
 
 My approach is not about being perfect — it’s about compassion, clarity, and emotional presence. 
A Certified Mindfulness & Life Coach, Certified Positive Discipline Parenting Facilitator and trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology framework (Dr Daniel J Siegel), I’ve been featured in multiple national parenting publications in Italy, I bring together personal experience, science, mindful awareness, and practical tools — always adapted to real life – with a touch of humour, if I can help it 🙂

Anna is an American certified coach and breathwork facilitator based in Grenoble,
France, where she has lived for over 20 years.

Drawing from her own experience as an expat and mother, she specializes in helping women regulate their nervous
system, reprogram limiting beliefs, and rebuild themselves from the inside out, using
her signature Triangle of Transformation method, which combines nervous system
regulation, active breathwork, and subconscious reprogramming.

Anna speaks from
personal experience, she knows what it means to be an expat mother, to feel overwhelmed, and to find her way back to herself, and she has made it her mission to give other women the tools she wishes she had found sooner.
